Counseling & medication management
for children and adolescents.
Individual and group counseling for youth ages 5–21, supported by medication management when clinically indicated. We help children and teenagers navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral health challenges, and the everyday emotional weight of growing up.
Best for families navigating these things.
- A child experiencing anxiety, sadness, or big emotional reactions that affect school and home
- Teenagers navigating identity, peer pressure, family stress, or transitions
- Youth who have experienced trauma, loss, or adverse childhood experiences
- Families where a child's mental health is affecting the whole household
- Adolescents who have tried therapy before but felt it didn't fit
How families experience it.
An honest intake
We begin with a conversation, not a stack of forms. A clinician learns about your child, what you have already tried, and what the family is hoping changes.
Individual and group options
Some children do better in one-on-one sessions. Others thrive in a group format with peers. Often both. We offer both, and we recommend based on the individual.
Medication when it helps
Our licensed prescribers can evaluate and manage medication for children and adolescents when therapy alone is not enough. Medication is never the first step, but it is available.
One conversation.
Your next step.
Tell us a little about your family. A real member of our team will read it and get back to you. No pressure, no commitment, just a real conversation.
