Donations

ASun Star is applying for 501(c)(3) status; deductibility is not guaranteed until the IRS determination letter is issued. Recurring donations may be paused or canceled at any time by contacting us.

Parent Portal

By creating a Parent Portal account, you agree to keep your login credentials confidential. Documents uploaded to the portal are stored securely and used only to support the programs you are enrolled in. You may request deletion of your portal account and uploaded files by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASun Star is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability for any direct claim arising from website use is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
