- Adults transitioning out of school-based services who need continued skill development
- Individuals working toward greater independence in daily living and community navigation
- Adults who want social connection and meaningful activity outside the home
- Families seeking a safe, structured, therapeutic daytime environment for an adult family member
How families experience it.
Goal-directed daily programming
Every participant has an individualized service plan with specific goals for daily living, communication, and community skills. Progress is measured, documented, and reviewed with families.
Community access built in
CIS programming takes participants into the community, shopping, transit, social settings, and recreational activities, building real-world skills through real-world practice.
Supported by qualified staff
All Day Hab and CIS activities are supervised by trained staff familiar with behavioral support plans, communication strategies, and individual participant needs.
