Job readiness
and employment support.
Career skills, employment training, and job-placement support for adults with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health challenges, or other barriers to employment. We help adults identify their strengths, build workplace skills, and connect to opportunities that fit.
Best for families navigating these things.
- Adults with I/DD who want to explore competitive or supported employment
- Individuals who have never held a job and need structured preparation
- Adults re-entering employment after a gap due to disability or mental health
- People who want to work but need a supported path to get there
- Families who want employment as a goal for a family member with a disability
How families experience it.
Skills assessment first
We begin with a genuine strengths assessment, what this person is good at, what they enjoy, what motivates them, before any job matching begins.
Practical workplace skills
Mock interviews, resume building, workplace communication, punctuality, conflict navigation, real skills, practiced in real situations before the stakes are high.
Supported job placement
We maintain relationships with local employers and connect qualified participants to placements. Job coaches provide on-site support during the transition period.
One conversation.
Your next step.
Tell us a little about your family. A real member of our team will read it and get back to you. No pressure, no commitment, just a real conversation.
